Job Description
The Manager, Sponsorship will be part of the team that manages and executes League sponsorship deals and relationships. This individual will manage the day-to-day relationships of League partners including all activations, strategy, planning, and creative, and work across the League to support initiatives with the partner. The role also requires sales skills and asset creation/development with critical execution ability.

Responsibilities
• Manage critical relationships with 6-8 NFL partners; responsible for strategic planning of season-long activation programs, day to day partner activations and contractual deliverables
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Events, Community Relations, Media, PR, Brand, Legal etc.) to align partner programs and League initiatives
• Responsible for partner upsell opportunities including asset development, sales pitch, and program execution
• Manage Account Coordinators across the team
• Support group Director on renewals
• Participate in on-site activation lead at NFL events, including oversight of experiential activations and partner experiences
• Serve as cross-departmental project manager lead on specific projects to secure and execute partner deliverables (Pro Bowl, Honors, Kickoff, etc.)
• Build and develop relationships with partner contacts, including client hosting at NFL events
• All of the above responsibilities include supporting the Global business of the NFL

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years of experience in sports or with an agency

• Sports Sponsorship background
• League, Club, or sports marketing agency experience
• Client management experience
• Sales/Revenue generation
• Proficiency in additional languages preferred

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

This role will require an excess of 40 hours per week. Some weekend and global travel is required for hosting clients.

Salary / Pay Range

Salary Details
Salary Range: $110,000 to $145,000 Per Year ($ USD)
