Responsibilities
• Digital sales order entry
• Coordinates creative and traffic for digital advertising campaigns
• Prepares campaign forms and reports
• Assists with station contesting, sweepstakes, promotions and special projects
• Assists general sales manager with duties as assigned
• Assists sales team with linear reporting, order entry and coordination
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
• 1-2 years working in a digital marketing support role
• Foundational knowledge of local digital marketing tactics such as SEM, OTT, Display, Digital Video and Social Media Marketing.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and a skillful multi-tasker
• Effective communication and client presentation skills
• Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Products including Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and Canva. Experience with media industry order and traffic systems (Wide Orbit) a plus.
