Job Description
Digital Sales Coordinator

WHO13 is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Coordinator to support our Sales team and digital clients. The right person will have an interest in digital marketing and will provide great customer service and support.

As a member of the digital sales team, the Digital Sales Coordinator is responsible for creating digital ads, implementing digital campaigns, and ensuring accuracy and follow-through of orders related to advertising campaigns. This individual will play a critical role in supporting campaign setup including design, management of campaigns, and reporting for the sales team.

Responsibilities
• Build client creative assets (banners, emails, social media)
• Work with internal team to develop media plans and proposals.
• Work with Colleagues to Launch, update and Maintain campaigns within contract management and ad delivery platforms.
• Work with Digital Sales Manager, Account Executives, and Ad Operations team(s) regarding campaign scheduling, optimizations, and re-allocations.
• Schedule flight changes, make-goods, and monitor campaign delivery across the WHO13 core website/app(s), and all agency services and platforms for assigned accounts.
• Gather campaign delivery data weekly and monthly leveraging internal and external reporting tools.
• Set up and maintain Client dashboard and Complete client facing reporting templates.
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance and provide guidance and strategic recommendations.
• Respond to client questions and requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Partner with Account Executives to gather campaign assets from clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Maintain files of campaign screen shots / proofs of campaign launches for all placements.
• Implement campaign tracking and reporting.
• Participate in special projects and assignments.
• This position offers the opportunity to pursue some new local accounts.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field of study (advertising, communication, marketing, business, graphic design, etc.) or equivalent
• Previous experience in administration or coordinator position. Experience in Digital Ad Ops, Ad Tech, Media, or Advertising highly preferred.
• Adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Interest in or experience with Graphic Design is preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented; ability to complete large volume of work in a timely manner; ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, and meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with partner departments, to gather and organize information.
