Job Description
The Sales Account Executive is a key contributor to station revenue, responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This role focuses on cold-calling, building client relationships, and showcasing the value of television and digital advertising. With comprehensive training, supportive leadership, and a dynamic team, this position provides an exciting platform for success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and outreach efforts.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed sales goals on both television and digital channels.
• Client Relationships: Build strong and credible relationships within the local business community.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Advertising Strategy: Educate clients on the benefits of television and digital advertising, crafting tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
• Scheduling & Placement: Collaborate with clients and station teams to ensure advertising schedules are seamlessly executed.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to create impactful advertisements that deliver measurable results.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the sales team.

Requirements & Skills
• Proven track record of achieving goals in a commission-driven role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

As a Sales Account Executive, you will:
• Conduct client meetings via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Write engaging communications and deliver impactful presentations.
• Navigate various work environments, including indoor office settings and outdoor conditions.

Compensation: Guaranteed base pay (not a draw) paid in addition to earned commissions, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
