Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Ticket Operations, the Coordinator, Ticket Operations is responsible for providing tactical leadership for all box office operations being executed for GMS Field. Assists with efficiently maintaining the execution to all ticket responsibilities.
• Execute the building of all ticket elements in Archtics and TM Host - including events, plans and price codes
• Test, support and troubleshoot all Account Manager tools for online ticket management including renewals, sales offers, MLB Ticket Exchange, forwarding and mobility functionality.
• Experience with ticketing programs (Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, CRM, Painter)
• Creating maps, submit map changes and event/changes/additions to the Ticketmaster system in an exact and accurate manner.
• Create all ticket sales inventory packages, support, and execute overall ticket inventory requirements including product allocations and retail on sale needs
• Monitors events on a consistent basis through the life of the event to ensure tickets are selling correctly hold remain in place and inventory is controlled
• Process all orders coming through the ticket operations and box office departments including group orders, season ticket orders, mini plan orders, etc.
• Verify daily credit card reports and balance ticket sellers at close of shifts.
• Handle additional projects as assigned by Vice President, Manager of Premium Ticket Services and TT General Manager.
• Enter all pertinent prospect and customer in CRM for efficient reporting and manage customer records within Archtics
• To perform various ticket operations responsibilities, including ticket fulfillment
• Oversee as team leader in Box Office during Spring Training and Tampa Tarpons
• Customer Service and ticket problem solving
• TM1 Will Call and selling for ST and Tarpons
• Tampa Tarpons STH rep – communicate upcoming promotions and other STH member benefit information
• Support other team members via training and sales
• Understand and effectively meet or exceed individual and team ticket goals by prospecting for new inside/outside sales accounts through cold calls, telemarketing and GMS Ticket office email.
• Develop and enhance positive relationships with clients through a high level of contact in social settings or by taking full advantage of other relationship building or entertainment opportunities.
• Assist in ticket game day events scheduling/directing for all team members, stadium setup and shutdown.
• Oversee many of the sales programs that are responsible for drawing fans to the ballpark each year.
• Work to create new relationships and create programs that can ultimately lead to selling tickets.
• Manage all ticket-related sales, including season tickets, mini-plans, and group outings.
• Provide oversite and leadership of the ticket office staff. This includes but is not limited to: generating reports and calculating attendance, and operating an efficient and functional sales process to ensure customers are served promptly.
• Work with the staff to follow up with all accounts during the season.
• Assist in the development of marketing/promotional strategies, with a major concentration on sales including corporate sponsorships, advanced group sales, season memberships, renewals and other revenue streams.
• Serve as a leader in corporate sales including, season memberships, advertising and groups on an on-going year round basis.
• Oversee game day events scheduling/directing for all team members, stadium setup and shutdown.
• Set vision for fan experience and culture throughout the organization that is committed to providing excellent guest experiences while also maximizing profitability for the organization.
• Help increase brand awareness and driving incremental sponsorships, tickets, concessions, merchandise, parking and event revenues.
• Assist to train full time employees to maintain appropriate and acceptable staffing for the operation.
• Maintain extraordinary attention to detail and excellent time management skills, which are an absolute requirement for acceptable job performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Knowledgeable about Host, Archtics, CRM, Account Manager
• Experience in a ticket sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Requires continual attention to detail and a high level of organization
• Flexible work schedule
