As a Partner on the Talent Intelligence team, you will help the Talent organization anticipate market events, optimally engage talent, and efficiently go to market across geographies and verticals. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, you will provide market research, competitive intelligence, and labor market insights that address current and future challenges. You will be a trusted advisor to partners and senior stakeholders in Talent and beyond, and your ability to distill information from broad or disparate sources into clear, actionable insight will help shape Netflix's short- and long-term talent strategy.
The Team:
Talent Intelligence is part of the Talent Acquisition team and collaborates with leaders across Netflix on critical talent questions. Team members act as consultative partners, using internal and external labor market insights to inform decision-making, candidate engagement, and long-term workforce strategy across business units and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own research projects from inception to delivery, including stakeholder engagement, alignment with Talent and Netflix priorities, and effective communication of findings.
• Act as subject matter expert on labor markets, industry trends, and associated research methodologies.
• Anticipate business needs and proactively deliver insights that help the Talent organization react to changing market trends.
• Creatively address research questions in data-scarce areas.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify the simplest, most effective solutions to stakeholder challenges.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in a client-facing role in HR strategy, consulting, or finance.
• Ability to effectively translate research findings into clear, actionable insight.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated experience in market research, data analysis and common analysis tools (e.g. Sheets, Excel, SQL).
• Adaptability, tendency toward simple, creative solutions, and ability to effectively prioritize work in a demanding and changing environment.
• The kind of curiosity, open-mindedness, and thoughtfulness toward work and professional relationships that would make you a great teammate and partner in the Talent organization.
