Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Specialist to join our team here at Netflix. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will be well-versed in creators, social platforms, digital partners like Flighthouse and The Dodo, and have experience managing and organizing multiple projects and teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and seamlessly shifting between priorities. You will support the creator and talent partnership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing team meetings with content creators, owning reporting and research for various projects, facilitating team communications, and streamlining workflows.

Additionally, you will take ownership of researching and curating lists of creators and talent for potential outreach, attending and working evening and weekend events, occasionally pitching partners and creators on title-related opportunities, and coordinating invitations and attendance tracking for premieres and specialty events. You will also fine-tune organizational efforts that contribute to the team's overall success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, excels at multitasking, and is eager to take on new challenges in an ever-evolving landscape. It requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach.

This job is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Director of Creator and Talent Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth research to identify and evaluate relevant creators and talent, then compiling well-organized lists based on strategic goals, audience demographics, and brand alignment to optimize outreach efforts. This process includes the management of cross-functional team trackers and databases to ensure seamless collaboration, accurate data organization, and efficient communication across departments
• Attending and supporting evening and weekend events
• Pitching partners and creators on title-related opportunities
• Managing invitations and tracking attendance for premieres and specialty events
• Developing and templatizing formats to enhance team efficiency
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
• Research to create, communicate, and implement best practices and workflow for campaigns.
• Facilitate internal workshops with partner organizations and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to campaign decks and occasionally present to senior-level executives, filmmakers, and talent.
• Track and research competitive industry efforts.

Ideal Candidate:
• 4+ years experience at a studio, agency, or social platform preferably in digitally-oriented positions
• Experience handling a high volume of complex projects and tasks for multiple people or departments and simultaneously manage competing priorities
• Existing relationships with entertainment partners, social media platforms, and content creators.
• Ability to identify, develop, and help refine compelling and creative ideas. Seek out opportunities that are unique and that serve the business and the brand
• Must possess solid organizational skills and be able to manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with internal and external teams
• Be creative and have a point of view. Demonstrate the ability to think innovatively-connecting the dots when others cannot.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $122,000- $170,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
