| The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Korea on a 12-month fixed-time contract! In this role, you'll have the chance to help us identify and connect with amazing local talent for various positions within Netflix and Eyeline Studios. You will play a key part in growing our team, with a focus on the Korean entertainment and tech sectors. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while learning from some of the best in the industry.

| You will Contribute by
• Sourcing Talent: Focusing on identifying potential candidates for roles at Netflix and Eyeline Studios in Korea
• Screening: Helping evaluate resumes and applications to match candidates with the right roles
• Collaboration: Working closely with the local Korea Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts
• Learning & Growth: Developing your skills in recruitment while contributing to strategies for finding talent in the entertainment and technology industries
