Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager to join our team here at Netflix. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will be well-versed in working closely with talent, creators, social platforms, digital partners like Flighthouse and The Dodo, and have experience managing and organizing multiple projects and teams.

The Senior Manager role on the Creator and Talent Partnerships team will centralize talent outreach for Marcomms, streamlining efforts across the company's growing talent needs. Collaborating closely with w, they will build and maintain relationships with representatives, publicists, managers, and agents to coordinate social and brand-specific requests, negotiate rates, and strategically map out talent offers to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

The Talent team plays a key role in developing cohesive talent strategies across all Marcomms initiatives, fostering alignment and communication between internal and external teams. Their outreach focuses on Netflix talent across slates, emerging talent the company aims to elevate, and external creators whose brands align with Netflix's marketing strategy.

This job is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Director of Creator and Talent Partnerships.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and streamline talent requests and procurement across marketing divisions, including Social, Campaign Planning, Consumer Products, Integrated Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Games.
• Collaborate with Casting and Publicity to develop long-term talent strategies, integrating them into Netflix's ecosystem through social features, hosting, performances, title crossovers, and marketing opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to book talent for major marketing campaigns and events (e.g., Tudum, Geeked Week, SAG Awards) aligned with their strengths and interests.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent and representatives, tracking their interests, brand deals, and career goals while ensuring smooth communication throughout campaigns.
• Engage with agents, managers, and labels to identify new talent, distributing casting and creative details to various partners.
• Work with marketing legal & business affairs to establish best practices for talent contracts and track payments.
• Keep marketing teams informed on key talent across priority titles and genres, aligning with business needs.
• Provide on-set talent support at shoots, productions, and premieres, working with publicists and reps to ensure a seamless experience and successful content capture.
• Oversee talent approvals for campaign materials, including scripts, shoot concepts, and content edits.
• Lead social onboarding for talent, providing best practice guidance, facilitating kick-off calls, and assisting with new page launches.

Ideal Candidate
• Strong background in talent partnerships, with experience cultivating relationships with talent, agents, managers, and publicists to align with strategic marketing goals.
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative talent-driven campaigns that generate engagement, visibility, and conversation.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and the types of talent-driven content that perform best across different channels.
• Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Title Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Publicity, Content and Casting to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach; comfortable leading talent-driven initiatives while also supporting broader team objectives.
• Experience using audience insights and data to inform talent selection and campaign strategies while balancing creative intuition and risk-taking.
• Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple talent projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in an ever-evolving landscape while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
• Passion for entertainment, deep respect for talent, and a strong understanding of Netflix's culture and content strategy.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000- $370,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
