Success requires understanding the Korean entertainment and technology sectors and executing effective recruitment strategies. | You will drive this impact by your ability to:
• Experience: Over 3 years in recruiting in a high-growth environment
• Hands-On: Skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates; able to coach and influence senior leaders
• Program Design: Experience in creating recruiting programs for niche talent (e.g., Content, Production, VFX)
• Self-Driven: Proactive problem solver committed to enhancing Netflix's reputation
• Curious & Informed: Understands business dynamics and the Korean talent market
• Strategic Partner: Uses market expertise and business insight to guide hiring decisions
• Entertainment Enthusiast: Passionate about tech and media; engaging with content is second nature
• Brand Advocate: Dedicated to strengthening Netflix's hiring brand in Korea
• Language: Fluent in Korean, proficient in English
