The Role:
Manage internal pod meetings including crafting agendas, taking notes, and sharing meeting recaps
Oversee all press, junket, and premiere lists and making sure they are consistently updated
Handle invites/confirmation for events, as well as mailers, influencer gifting/swag, etc.
Oversee creation and maintenance of key team documents
Create and manage informed captain slack channels, invite relevant team members, pin/bookmark top documents, etc.
Assist with updating agendas, team title prioritization
Help onboard vendors and independent contributors, create POs
Know what is in the cultural zeitgeist to flag any chasing heat titles that press are covering
Social:
Assisting in identifying social collaboration opportunities
Creation and maintenance of Editorial Calendar
Proactively bring ideas based on trends and comments, Netflix talent activity, community management opportunities and reactive moments
Note platform updates and trends as they happen and make corresponding recommendations for the brand
Help put together Metrics and Insights reporting (overall channel performance, event and campaign recaps, etc.)
Research and maintain an influencer database
Publicity:
Support Audience Managers in project management and administrative needs of a title campaign
Lead the charge in creating and managing campaign lists, documents, and charts
Support communication with internal and external partners as it pertains to logistics (i.e. setting meetings, managing wishlists, booking press travel) across various campaigns
Track and update information related to our campaigns in a timely manner
Track and input important breaks and reviews, follow up with press regarding rundates and updating press status docs
Manage incoming press requests i.e. formatting press requests and updating press tracker
Assign screeners, update screener grids and capture reactions/quotes
Coordinate press junket logistics alongside publicity manager, including inviting and covering press in attendance across all titles
Support festival, premiere, and press day activities including inviting, coordination, confirmation, day of logistics, travel and press check-in (if needed)
Manage asset rollout including coordinating with the title team regarding pre-briefing, messaging and timing
Support with influencer outreach
Contribute to campaign ideation and tactical execution
