Manager, Ops Delivery (Employee Services) - EMEA

We are at a very exciting stage of evolution at Netflix. With the growth in employee population, lines of business, geo-diversity, and heterogeneity of the workforce, it is imperative that the Talent function evolves accordingly, to shape and support this progress. One of the most critical parts of this evolution is the foundation upon which we can scale personalized and inclusive experiences for the workforce. The Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team is primarily responsible for developing this ecosystem. The broad composition of the team includes Lifecycle operations (all workflows across the candidate, employee, and contingent talent journey), Data and Analytics, Technology strategy, and Global Programs like Benefits, Mobility, Employee Health, Accessibility, etc.

This role is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Employee Services Manager to join our team. You are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our stunning colleagues, enhancing their overall talent lifecycle experience and satisfaction. You are highly collaborative and enjoy working both cross-functionally and across regions to ensure we are able to scale the employee experience. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the Talent service function.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Talent teams (HR) to enhance the employee lifecycle process and ensure that new employees have a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
• Lead a team of HR generalists to ensure they are both challenged and resourced to deliver an amazing employee experience.
• Make informed, data driven decisions and apply critical thinking to the team's work.
• Work cross functionally with regional and global shared services to help Netflix scale quickly and efficiently
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to employee experience and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
• Establish trust based partnerships with key stakeholders, Employment Legal, HRBP teams, and Payroll
• Seek to understand
opportunities to deepen service offerings to other parts of the Talent org relating to our HR business partner team.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Employee Services management ,with a focus on delivering excellence in the employee HR lifecycle and scaling operations for growth
• Curiosity. As a people leader you will have the ability to build awesome global teams and inspire with confidence. You are also as interested in other people's ideas as your own; you're humble about what you don't yet know.
• Judgment. A consulting mindset with the ability to balance business needs with risk.
• Ability to collaborate. Skilled at operating in a complex, cross-functional, geo-distributed organization where your team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across many disciplines.
• Strong understanding of EMEA HR compliance practices and familiarity with either UK or Netherlands country specific employment laws
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence with both technical and non-technical teams, across an array of cross-functional teams and multiple levels of seniority.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and evolving technologies - Workday knowledge is a must. Zendesk or other CRM is a plus.
