LATAM Manager, Talent Experiences and Gifting

The Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our gifting and talent experiences program across Latin America. This individual will drive growth opportunities in the region by thoroughly understanding all aspects of the business and building strong relationships with key leaders. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing new technologies and external tools to enhance workflow efficiency and scalability, as well as introducing innovative ideas to the global team for growth and operational improvements.

Additionally, the Manager will stay ahead of industry trends, establish relationships with new and emerging brands, and maintain awareness of available products in the region for gifting purposes. They will collaborate with brands to create unique gifts and experiences and work cross-functionally to facilitate gifting for various occasions, such as Awards, Life Moments, and Production events. This role demands strong strategic thinking, a business-driven mindset, curiosity, and exceptional project and people management skills, along with a passion for creative collaboration.

• Passionate and knowledgeable about global trends in gifts, luxury goods, and high-demand items.
• Thoughtful and interested in understanding the preferences of gift recipients.
• Experienced in working with talent, their representatives, and high-level executives.
• An articulate communicator who understands the importance of clear and effective communication.
• Skilled at multitasking and accustomed to meeting multiple tight deadlines.
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative team member who thrives under pressure.
• Possesses excellent project management skills and can manage a high volume of projects efficiently.
• Innovative and not afraid to challenge the status quo, offering creative solutions to enhance team efficiency and scale the gifting program globally.
• Curious and eager to learn how different parts of the company operate, beyond their direct responsibilities.
• Capable of leading and providing guidance to other team members.
• Willing and able to work extended hours during holiday periods.
• Exercises good judgment and can effectively coordinate the hiring of freelancers as needed for various projects.

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in a creative Entertainment or Marketing environment
• Provide big-picture thinking and leadership experience
• Positive attitude and collaborative team player
• A great work ethic, desire, and commitment to accept increasingly greater challenges and responsibilities
• Proficiency in Air Table, Microsoft Word, Excel, and G-Suite
• Strong copywriting skills
• Knowledgeable of above-the-line talent and talent agencies
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
