Our Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team is hiring a Manager, Executive Coaching and Facilitation.
As Manager, Executive Coaching and Facilitation, you will play an important role in driving our culture of feedback with senior leaders. We are building out this function to focus on gathering and presenting feedback to leaders, and beginning to experiment with development opportunities following these engagements. In addition, you will continue to build out and evolve our executive coaching program.
Responsibilities:
• Lead qualitative interview based 360 feedback programs for Netflix leaders
• Design, build and deliver a variety of post-feedback development solutions (e.g., individual reflection and action planning, team or group sessions, offsite exercises, collaboration with other Talent initiatives to create holistic picture of team effectiveness)
• Partner closely with HRBPs, operational teams and external vendors to drive program and individual leader success
• Collaborate with Learning and Organizational Development partners for moderate tailoring of solutions to business needs
• Experiment with different solutions to increase ongoing meaningful feedback exchanges and action plans for leaders
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to receive feedback, align strategy, share progress, and set expectations across initiative project slate
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a thought leader in employee and leadership development and gets excited when thinking about helping our employees and leaders grow
• Has extensive experience coaching senior leadership and/or leadership development
• Has experience as an internal consultant, coach or business partner and experience facilitating to teams and other groups
• Has experience introducing potential/leadership assessments into organizations
• Is highly skilled at observing and navigating organizational culture and dynamics
• Builds trust and rapport quickly with clients and colleagues
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and navigates ambiguity well
• Self-manages, takes initiative, and works independently in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment
• Stays flexible and adapts quickly as situations change
• Understands change management (change management strategy, principles and best practices)
• Has the ability to frame problems, articulate what needs to be solved, and contribute innovative ideas to form impactful solutions.
• Has a strong practice of self development
Nice to Have:
• Experience managing external Executive Coaching program
• Professional Coaching Certification
• Psychology, Human Development, Human Resource Management degree
