• Establish greater adoption and utilization by the regional team of our Talent Analytics products (understanding metrics, navigation, and tool utilization) and partner with stakeholders on evolving offerings.
• Providing Data Integrity support: improve data quality and consistency within systems supporting audits, and monitoring protocols.
• Accountable for enabling and overseeing quality and compliance, Knowledge Management, and ensuring work instructions are up-to-date and relevant.
• Drive simplicity and operational excellence by focusing on continuous improvement of processes across TEO teams (workforce lifecycle).
• Strengthen the regional team in the adoption and utilization of our Talent analytics products (understanding metrics, navigation, and utilization of tools), and partner with stakeholders on evolving current offerings.
