Job Description
Netflix is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the Launch Operations team to support platform launch operations across our portfolio of games.

The Launch Operations team is responsible for the publishing readiness of all metadata, assets, and deliverables required to launch on our platforms and first-party app stores to reach our members and bridge them to our games.

The Project Coordinator will align with game stakeholders to set up game and asset identifiers in internal and first-party app store tools, track multiple asset deliveries, and audit and ensure the health of setups and assets before they launch for member consumption.

What You'll Do:
• Manage project tactics and operations that could include, but are not limited to critical launch workflows game title setup, asset setup, and delivery management.
• Respond to requests to audit a game setup prior to final submission to first-party app stores in a timely and accurate manner
• Effectively track multiple timelines and proactively communicate feasibility, potential delays and risks to cross-functional stakeholders
• Shape and redesign existing workflows to help accelerate the efficiency of our operations in line with key business objectives for our group.
• Partner with internal and external teams (vendors) to ensure operational momentum and seamlessness across launches.
• Exercise sound judgment and risk mitigation to create/modify delivery and launch plans including use cases that fall outside the norm.
• Partner with our Technology, Engineering, Partnerships, and Quality Control teams to guide tooling, workflow, and vendor needs to help scale operations.
• Regularly update dashboards, documents, and decks for various teams to get the information they need
• Become well-versed in the Netflix tooling ecosystem in order to set up, ingest, track, approve/reject, and troubleshoot assets along the delivery pipeline
• Create, maintain and contribute to workflow documentation (e.g. training documentation, tooling guides) for broader use and become an operational and technical expert in the Netflix tooling ecosystem as it relates to game title setup and asset requirements
• Action on a high volume of ad-hoc, complex or high-context tasks in a timely manner

What You'll Need:
• 5+ years in asset and/or project coordination
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling overlapping projects in various points of production (from development through delivery).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to in-flight project changes and cross-functional stakeholder requests
• Adept in project tracking and task management systems such as Airtable and Monday.com and the ability to grasp technical workflows and tools quickly
• Adaptability to switch across different work streams or projects, depending on business needs
• Experience working on a global team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives
• Clear, concise and flexible communicator, both verbal and written
• An analytical, innovative mindset
• A passion for operations and a thirst to keep the trains running while also improving how they run
• A passion for games and a member-first mentality
• An optimistic, solutions-driven attitude in the most challenging situations
• The ability to adapt to the Netflix culture and values

Nice to Have:
• General understanding of iOS and Google Play app stores
• Familiarity with metadata and artwork for game promotion
• Understanding of creative assets and canvases
