As an Analyst on our team, you will focus on building and optimizing reports and mechanisms that support our data governance strategy and compliance reporting needs. We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to developing solutions that enhance our reporting capabilities and data quality. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to implement best practices in data management and reporting, ensuring alignment with our governance framework. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support operational reporting, ensure compliance, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Assist in the optimization of reporting processes, ensuring alignment with data governance standards and improving data quality
• Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document reporting requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
• Support the development and maintenance of the reporting catalog and data dictionary, ensuring consistent naming and tagging
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
• Participate in testing and validation of data flows and reporting mechanisms, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide training and support to end-users on self-service reporting tools and data literacy best practices
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday reporting or data analytics
• Experience with Workday Prism and certifications in Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards
• Subject matter expertise in people analytics, with a strong understanding of the full employee life cycle and the ability to apply this knowledge to deliver analytical solutions
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of data governance practices and reporting requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
• 1-3 years of HR discipline experience or as an HR Generalist
• Familiarity with Zendesk ticket system
This job is open to remote for well-qualified candidates.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $280,000.
