Job Description
The Role

Netflix Australia & New Zealand are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support three Directors within our Policy, Legal and Marketing teams, and provide additional support for their teams. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. They must have a strong emphasis on organisation and an unwavering attention to detail at all times.

These are teams that travel and interact with internal teams and external partners across several countries and timezones, so a high level of organisation is a must. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, with a calm, unflappable approach and inherently exercises good judgement will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General Administration
• Complex calendar management across multiple executives and time zones
• Coordinate a high volume of international travel arrangements
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders, requiring a thorough understanding of the functions you support and the priorities of the business
• Internal and external meeting management including agenda, minutes and tracking projects and tasks
• Expenses and invoice processing
• Raise purchase orders, track and manage budget spend across all projects, programs and external agencies
• Understand the urgency and priorities of each executive and be quickly adaptable and able to manage these varying timelines
• Support EA to Head of Public Policy APAC with event planning and coordinating team reports and budgets

Project Management / Ad Hoc Special Projects
• Working with cross functional teams, external agencies and partners to project manage external-facing Policy events and partnership initiatives including working with cross functional teams to manage event logistics, coordinating stakeholders, and oversee event briefing documents
• Support ANZ Admin Assistant and Workplace Manager in planning and executing team events

Qualifications
• 7+ Years as an executive assistant supporting VPs or above
• Team player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Understanding and experience with high level business priorities and strategic planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Google Mail, Calendar and Applications
• Interest and / or experience in government or public policy roles preferred, but not required.
