Traffic Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator will report to the VP, Traffic & Program Operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Sales order entry of all NBCLX orders including providing pre/post log reports to client.
• Apply commercial copy/materials ID to all log(s) and coordinate creative revisions with clients & sales; this includes generating a missing materials (instructions) report and reaching out to clients for missing copy
• Log editing, if needed, for the logs which includes commercial spot placements in all breaks as well as & adjust program formats on the logs (timing adjustments)
• Apply secondary events to traffic logs
• Work with Corporate Finance Services (CFS) to create new agency & new advertiser billing codes; includes researching billing discrepancies
• Help build program formats and maintain program schedules in the program & traffic systems
• Will provide coverage for team members; includes coverage for both COZI & NBCLX channels

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years+ Traffic/Coordinator experience
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities & channels at once

• Great communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Additional Job Requirements
