Job Description
• Support stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service both internally and with clients
• Execute broadcast and digital order entry
• Perform order maintenance throughout campaign flight
• Send preempt reports to station/regions account managers
• Communicate and confirm all order changes or makegoods to buying agency
• Regularly check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracy
• Send Pre and Post logs to clients as requested
• Assist traffic with locating instructions and other campaign materials
• Assist to creating and managing advertiser/agency codes
• Post flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, edits as necessary
• Coordinate with agency and station/regions account managers to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Work closely with various levels of management and staff within marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments at stations
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations with working knowledge in broadcast traffic and sales order systems
• Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee's residence.

• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills/team oriented with a positive attitude
• Creative thinker with a strategic and business-oriented mindset towards problem solving
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
