Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to manage fully integrated programs from creation and strategy to client pitching, as needed, and execution to build powerful fan engagement to meet client objectives in a 360 manner. You will be an internal change agent working across the NBCU organization to drive business results.

Foodies welcome! You'll spearhead partner led plans and promotions attached to Bravo's premiere food competition series Top Chef as a year-round tentpole as well as a handful of other IP's including: Cash at Your Door, Celebrity Beef, Celebrity Game Face, Clash of the Cover Bands, acquired films and shows and more as shows develop. The One Platform Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue-generating partnership solutions across NBCUniversal's Cable Originals + Acquisitions team, which includes a diverse slate of programming from Competition Reality to Scripted, Lifestyle Reality and acquired content. Networks include Bravo, SYFY, USA, E!, Oxygen, Universal Kids and CNBC Prime.

The ideal candidate possesses an understanding of the advertising industry, has strong relationship building skills, an ability to deal with ambiguity, an interest in establishing processes that scale, and the ability to manage expectations with stakeholders.

Reporting to the One Platform Development Director and overseeing a Coordinator, this position will play an active role in the creation, management and oversight of innovative, integrated marketing partnerships from ideation through final delivery.

Responsibilities:

DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF SALES MARKETING MATERIALS:
• Spearhead the development and positioning of proactive integrated marketing opportunities including show one-sheets, full-scale IP offerings, idea libraries and other sales materials
• Continually seek to identify high-interest 360 experiences, new on-air and site-specific content features, evergreen and tentpole solutions and emerging ad platforms within our ecosphere that will serve as compelling thought starters for client conversations
• Drive RFP response through the development of strategically driven client solutions through participation in team brainstorm meetings, briefing content teams and cultivating from our stable of offerings
• Create and socialize packaging strategies that leverage unified thematics across platforms to drive incremental revenue
• Attend and participate in team brainstorm meetings, to collaborate on designing innovative and compelling multi-platform brand programs – while gaining an understanding of NBCU's networks, programming and capabilities
• Educate internal constituents on marketing solutions and drive top of mind awareness of Originals' offerings within sales organization
• Travel as needed for shoots in the execution phase which requires thinking on your feet and leading communication between client and creative partners on site
• Develop compelling writeups and presentations to sell-in creative concepts; create, socialize and execute packaging strategies that leverage brands
• Work closely with production, content and talent teams to develop creative marketing opportunities and identify high-interest 360 experiences, tentpole solutions and emerging ad platforms that will serve as compelling thought starters for client conversations (proactive sales support)
• Educate internal constituents on marketing solutions and drive top of mind awareness of offerings within sales organization

PARTNERSHIP EXECUTION:
• Manage all day-to-day aspects of client campaigns, including in-show integrations & out of show opportunities (social first and shoppable), both internally amongst network stakeholders and with sales/clients;
• Execute and Manage Sales Partnership Campaigns: Oversee the post-sale process of marketing campaigns; Manage element delivery and client expectations, while maximizing campaign delivery and adhering to timelines
• Oversee Coordinator in post-sell process including recap presentations, clips, air checks, digital links and screenshots and invoicing as needed

INTERNAL PARTNER COMMUNICATION & FACILITATION:
• Cultivate relationships with all appropriate internal groups (portfolio marketing, sales, research, network leads, legal, editorial, branded content, etc.) to facilitate efficient and transparent communication
• Prioritize and track opportunities; manage opportunity timelines, workflow and report team progress to Director & Vice President and beyond
• Manage analysis of property post completion, working with research and sales team to deliver accurate results and growth opportunities to future
• Partner with Manager counterpart to oversee and mentor Coordinator

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or ad sales at agency, client, media or production company -or- applicable internship experience, including on-set production experience and creative development background
• Proficiency in social media/digital platforms and executing multi-media/platform marketing programs
• Experience working with executive stakeholders (i.e. Director level and above) and managing junior staff
• Skilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs – Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Ability to balance competing priorities.
• Ability to think strategically, execute, problem-solve, and utilize resources.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion to continually learn and expand skill set.
