Job Description

The GTM Customizations team is part of the Sales Enablement Group within the NBCU Ad Sales Organization. Sales Enablement collaborates across the organization to drive concise, consistent and customized messaging to all clients and agencies.

Working closely with Manager and Director:
• Develop customized agency/client specific narratives (PowerPoint decks) that drive demand for NBCU and solve agency/client business challenges
• Examples include: GTM decks, QBRs, Top-to-Top narratives, CES materials, Upfront Sales Decks, Scatter Decks and more.
• Responsible for materials across various Agency Holding Companies, including GroupM, OMG, Dentsu, Horizon/Canvas and Independent Agencies in NY
• Ability to be resourceful and work across teams to source information, data, content necessary to create strategic narratives
• Ability to create a basic framework for a narrative (deck) based on agency/client objectives, utilizing existing GTM materials as a foundation
• Curiosity: Strive to develop a clear understanding of latest go-to-market materials through ongoing immersion in the materials and bringing questions to Manager and/or Director
• Create trusted partnerships and working relationships across assigned sales teams and other internal groups (marketing, category strategy, research, design, etc) to move projects forward and deliver on time and on strategy
• Join bi-weekly/monthly Agency Hold Co meetings to understand business priorities and challenges. Recap key findings for team when appropriate.
• Participate in and prepare for weekly team status meetings for both immediate team and broader Sales Enablement team
• Engage in 1:1 weekly meetings with supervisor

Keep all internal systems/trackers up to date, including but not limited to: Monday.com, Team SharePoint site, Highspot, Salesforce, etc.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ideally 1+ years of experience in media or related industry
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel and work overtime if necessary

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
