Job Description
The Global Custom Content, Junket and Experiential Teams develop, build and execute major beats of a film's marketing campaign and work across all divisions of Universal's Filmed Entertainment Group. In this multifaceted position, the Coordinator, Global Publicity will work hand-in-hand with both the Custom Content/Junket and Experiential teams on the front lines of marketing campaigns, helping to produce 30+ events per year and interacting with almost every department globally across motion picture marketing. These LA-based teams are looking for a Coordinator who is passionate about marketing, publicity, movies and event planning, and is eager to work in a fast paced position in Global Marketing.
Custom Content Day and Junket:
• Compile, proof and update global junket request document and global custom content day document
• Work with various publicity teams and other departments throughout NBCUniversal to track down, correlate and/or correct missing information
• Work all junkets and custom content days
• Maintain estimated and final budget documents
• Book theaters, tech checks, maintain guest lists, make concession arrangements, confirm print delivery, book security and cover pre-junket screenings
• Book press shuttles as needed around all junket or CCD related events
• Assist with on the lot logistics for press junkets and creative content days such as handling drive-on lists, driving and parking instruction maps for talent, press and staff
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for locations/backdrops for junkets and custom content days, as well as strategize on publicity and custom content initiatives for all Universal films
• Create PO#s, set up new vendors in finance systems, process invoices and reconcile all P-card charges associated with junkets and custom content days
• Work local premiere and publicity events as needed
• Schedule meetings and maintain meeting calendar
• Provide support to Vice President, Global Publicity and Sr. Pub, Global Publicity as needed
Team Experiential:
• Assist with CampusU Rep program, managing promotional oversight, creation of directives, theater booking, promotional item creation and distribution, DCP shipping, Symphony title outreach (USA, Peacock, NBC, Bravo, Comcast requests etc.), security and reports for college screening programs and awareness campaigns on a selection of campuses
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing and onboarding of college reps yearly in conjunction with the YOH team
• Approve college representative timecard weekly
• Liaise with legal on vendor Master Service Agreements, Scope of Work and Agreement documents for experiential activations
• Staff experiential events, screenings, conventions, tours etc. as needed
• Book all prints and security for festivals including Beyond Fest, SXSW, NYCC, SDCC, trailer launch events etc.
• Manage security, promo item delivery and transportation for conventions including NYCC & SDCC
• Manage digital photo opportunities at special screenings and events
• Assist with creation of PO's, creation of new vendors, invoice processing and reconciliation of PCARD
• Assist with scheduling cross departmental meetings
• Provide support to the Vice President, Director, and Sr. Pub, Global Experiential Marketing as needed
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in the entertainment industry
• Baseline/novice understanding of, and comfort with Microsoft Programs (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) with an emphasis on comfort with Excel as it plays a significant role in job duties
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be able to travel, work events outside the office on evenings and weekends in addition to standard working hours

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 (not bonus eligible)
