Job Description
Focus Features is seeking a Coordinator to support the Office of the Vice Chairman. The Coordinator is primarily responsible for handling administrative duties such as phones, calendar, travel, and expense reports. The ideal candidate would have an interest in marketing and distribution.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Place and log day-today calls to/from numerous internal and external parties
• Schedule and coordinate large and small meetings on a day-to-day basis using Microsoft Outlook and maintain OneDrive calendar
• Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements, including international travel
• Interact with senior level executives and their assistants. Will also interact with talent and external partners.
• Prepare expense reports
• Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience including handling heavy phones
• Prior experience supporting a senior level executive
• Extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
• Knowledge of all basic office equipment required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Interest in marketing and distribution strongly preferred
• Entertainment/film industry strongly preferred
• Well organized with strict attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• Candidate should display a great deal of initiative, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong writing skills
Additional Requirements
• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range: $50,000-$65,000; not bonus eligible, not long-term incentive eligible.
