Job Description

Work in partnership with the Sales team mainly focusing on bookings and holdovers circuits; prepare and update reports for internal decision making and keep updated the analysis of the Sales area results as a whole, among others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Circuit definition and negotiation with exhibitors
• Weekly analysis of bookings and holdovers
• Solid market analysis to maximize the release results and strengthen the holdover of the films
• Responsible for the key accounts of Mexican exhibitors
• Universal Mexico and HO market reports
• Effective participation of the analysis of the sales area
• Prepare and send reports with information about releases and the local market for both UPI Mexico and HO.
• Responsible for keeping our internal Sales & Booking system always up to date
• Analyze movie pre-sales potential

• Professional working proficiency in English, aside from a good level of written and spoken Spanish.

• Willing to take the initiative.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PP and other basic professional tools, and coupled with the ability to learn knew software.
• Have a broad knowledge of film industry, with emphasis on the Mexican market.
• Maintain a good relationship and flow of information between all areas within the company.
• Comfortable with being vocal, actively participating in presentations and meetings.
