Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 18-24 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

As a Production Coordinator, you are is an integral part of the GOLF Studio and Tournament Production team. You are responsible for processing payments and tracking assignments for all contracted talent and production personnel. You will also collaborate with colleagues in studio and tournament production teams to coordinate and communicate schedules.

This position reports to the Coordinating Producer of Studio Programming.

Responsibilities:
• Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of scheduling throughout the season
• Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
• Will navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
• Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
• Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)
• Fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events
• Provide support with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field; or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility
• Basic knowledge of Sports production

Desired Characteristics:
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines, communicate clearly and be able to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Interest in the Operations side of Sports Broadcasting
• Collaborative and team oriented
• Working knowledge of Excel and Smartsheet's is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
• Willingness to work flexible days/hours, including nights and weekends
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week - Stamford, CT.
