Job Description
Responsibilities
This position will serve as an HR Business Partner to business leaders and employees as well as helping to drive our People Strategies across the NBC Sports portfolio. This role will work with the HR team to define, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies and programs to drive business goals and priorities forward. S/he/they will partner regularly with the following teams: Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Sports Group business leaders, and additional corporate partners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with business leaders on strategies and provide HR guidance and input on decisions to execute and enable business goals.
• Serve as HR Business Partner to Marketing, Programming, Finance, Legal and Communication leaders and employees.
• Work with HR Business Partners to help leaders set strategy/accomplish strategic priorities, manage change, improve processes, redesign organizational structures, identify and coach key talent, and realign/shift people strategies, all with the broader goal of strategically improving the effectiveness of the organization.
• Drive key HR initiatives in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, change management, employee coaching, compensation planning, succession planning, training & development.
• Utilize data analytics to help Business and HR Business Partners develop programs needed to drive change for the organization
• Organize and steer key HR processes, including but not limited to, employee surveys, diversity initiatives, talent review, rewards and recognition programs, succession planning, compensation review, performance management, training nominations/process, and other development activities
• Form collaborative relationships with the NBCUniversal internal corporate university, the TalentLab; build on enterprise offerings to provide tailored approaches for the business that promotes a learning culture; including design and delivery of a suite of learning programs, vendor management, resources and budget allocation
• Participate in the ideation and organization of onsite employee events related to strategic initiatives (i.e. health & job fairs, development programs, volunteering opportunities, anti-harassment seminars, etc.)
• Execute upon Sports special projects/initiatives and support assigned client groups as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study
• Minimum 7 years relevant HR experience including employee relations and organizational development
