Assistant Manager - Spring Training Box Office

Overview

As part of Spring Training Business Operations team, the Assistant Manager – Spring Training Box Office will be responsible for any duties related to ticket-based fan experience during Spring Training.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Manage a group of 10-20 Ticket and office staff
• Navigation of box office software and Ballpark application
• Troubleshooting on third party ticket assignments

The ideal candidate will have one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in marketing, ticket sales, customer service, and leadership roles as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
