Job Description
Amazon MGM Studios Marketing is responsible for setting global marketing strategy for our Original content. The team works in close collaboration with all cross-divisional marketing teams to develop and flight completing and innovative campaigns that drive viewership for our series.

The Executive Assistant will act as a seamless extension of the Director(s) supported and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a level head.

The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team in a fast-paced environment. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion.
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner.
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, on-sites/off-sites, team social events, etc.)
• Schedule travel and create detailed travel itineraries both domestic and international. Coordinate with in-house travel agents and manage international travel process. Submit expense reports in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and other Executive Assistants within the Amazon community.
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to include meeting notes and action items.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $35,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $84,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
