Role Description
Support the Touring Rep Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all promoter rep-related duties across Live Nation (Music), Metropolis, Soundcrash, and Parallel Lines touring. The role involves providing administrative support, fostering strong communication, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless coordination between all teams and stakeholders.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Knowledge of venue / touring industry would be highly advantageous
• Experience working with casual workers would be benficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to proactively plan and organise own workload in an incredibly fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Highly adept at working with spreadsheets and databases – good working knowledge of MS Office

What the role includes
• Assist the Touring Rep Manager in coordinating promoter representatives across the touring diary
• Ensure touring diaries and all relevant company systems are accurately updated
• Help with the onboarding of new promoter representatives, ensuring the completion and filing of all required paperwork
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with promoter reps, including conducting regular in-person venue visits
• Support payroll administration tasks, including managing holiday pay requests
• Assist in maintaining an up-to-date library of essential documents for promoter reps, including training materials, contact lists, and templates
