Tour Booking Coordinator

The JOB

The Booking Coordinator will support the SVP, Senior Director of Touring, and their team in all aspects of tour execution.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Collect venue avails and manage holds.
• Update and maintain tour business plans and deal sheets.
• Manage tour files in Box.
• Build and maintain grids of relevant tour info.
• Complete and distribute Deal/Tour Confirmations.
• Process/review contracts.
• Work with marketing and ticketing teams to ensure proper flow of information.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with Local LN Teams, Venues, Artist Teams, and other industry participants.
• Assist with additional projects as necessary.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• A minimum of 2 years experience as an entertainment industry assistant is preferred.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for live music.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$20.80 USD - $26.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
