Job Description
THE ROLE
The SVP, Production & Operations will work closely with President of US Concerts to oversee production efforts across US Concerts business and assist with business development efforts. In addition, core focus will be centrally supporting regional leadership and production managers. Evaluate and manage resources including staffing needs, training, and recruiting efforts. Evaluate efficiencies with vendor agreements and negotiate MSAs while being a liaison between Talent team with Venue Nation and third-party venues.
Qualifications
• Minimum 12+ years prior management experience in an entertainment venue
• 10 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Strong, proactive work ethic and ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Extreme attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
• Positive attitude, commitment to excellence and teamwork; able to work seamlessly with heads of functional areas across the company and around the world

Live Nation takes into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. The expected compensation for this position is:
$320,000.00 USD - $400,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
