THE TEAM
The Strategic Initiatives & Operations team sits within Corporate and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer. Our team focuses on high-impact projects that span corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance) and business divisions, with a strong emphasis on the North American concerts business and cross-business-unit initiatives.
We tackle a wide range of projects, including revenue growth strategies, operations improvement (e.g., in-venue technology innovation), benchmarking & performance analysis (e.g., festival performance reviews), and merger & acquisitions.
Additionally, we work on the company's annual strategic planning process, support Board of Directors communications, and develop the annual investor deck.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-performing, pre-MBA associate with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
WHAT THIS ROLE DO:
• Conduct market sizing and build financial models to evaluate growth opportunities
• Perform data analysis & modeling to identify key business trends and inform decision-making
• Develop executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders
• Work directly with the team's leadership (from Directors to the Chief Strategy Officer) on key strategic initiatives
This is a high-visibility role with exposure to top executives and critical company initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• BA/BS degree required
• 2-3 years of post-undergraduate experience, ideally from a top management consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, EY-Parthenon, LEK), internal corporate strategy team, or top investment bank (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Moelis, & JP Morgan)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with:
• Market sizing (e.g., estimating total addressable market)
• Data analysis & modeling (e.g., cohort analysis, benchmarking analysis)
• Financial modeling (e.g., scenario/sensitivity analysis)
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create executive-level presentations
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for music and live entertainment
• The ability to be in-person at our Beverly Hills office

The expected compensation for this position is:
$88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
