Role Description
Live Nation Marketing Partnerships is seeking a passionate and experienced Partnerships Event Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to our brand partners at our UK festivals.
Reporting to the Head of Festival Experience, the successful candidate will obsess over delivering a best-in-class experience for our partners across a series of Live Nation UK festivals.
This dynamic role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, executing initiatives, fostering strong relationships with our event teams and partners to ensure their satisfaction and engagement. The post holder will have strong interpersonal & project management skills and proven experience in delivering successful partnerships in a live event environment.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Essential
• Experience working on, or with, partnerships (ideally delivered in live music) or other relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of sponsorship and partnership principles.
• An acute understanding of the importance of achieveing partnership goals, and how these goals are translated to best-in-class deliverables that elevate fan experiences.
• Ability to lead multiple projects, managing and delegating deliverables across a number of stakeholders
• Able to prioritise and hit multiple deadlines consistently, keeping projects on track and pushing them continuously forward
• A track record of taking command and ownership of situations and projects with the ability to foresee and neutralise any potential concerns at source as a par for the course; minimising escalation to HOD level
• Proven resolution management experience, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
• Ability to plan and anticipate problems, along with understanding how best to address them
• Line Management Experience
• Have great written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Desirable
• Working knowledge of one or more of the festivals within the UK
• Salesforce experience
• Full UK Driver's license

What the role includes
• Working closely with festival teams and partners, be the Partnerships lead for selected events taking responsibility for exceptional delivery of on-the ground partnerships elements, including brand activations, 'Name In Title' and Stage partnership deliverables, accreditation and ticket access into the event(s) amongst others.
• Attend festival team meetings to represent partnerships and ensure clear information is shared on all partnership rights and responsibilities to deliver these
• Communicating with Festival Stakeholder sand internal teams to ensure seamless advancing and delivery of partners contracted rights
• Appraising partner concepts with an event lens ensuring they align with the partners objectives and can be executed well at relevant festivals
• Act as on-site lead point of contact & escalation for our partners and working teams
• Working with relevant parties to analyse and to review the effectiveness of the event through feedback sessions event with a focus on continuous improvement
• Lead a team to ensure all aspects from advance, live & load out of partners at assigned events are managed with excellence
• Assist in scheduling and booking appropriate number of staff as required while maintaining labour costs within assigned budgetary guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting via IT systems
• Post-event analysis of performance against agreed targets, debriefing with clients and internal teams
