• Travel alongside or on behalf of the founder, ensuring every engagement, meeting, or event happens seamlessly.
Leadership & Team Support
• Anticipate the founder's needs-solve problems before they arise, clear obstacles before they block.
• Streamline team operations: run meetings, track deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Be the connection point between the founder and the team of 7-10 ppl-clarity, alignment, and flow.
• Maintain peace and order in the founder's personal environment, knowing that balance at home fuels performance at work.
Wellness & Personal Alignment
• Defend the founder's mental and emotional wellness through thoughtful time and energy management.
• Coordinate self-care, downtime, and personal priorities to ensure work-life harmony.
• Be the trusted confidant-professional, discreet, and unwavering in your support.
Relationship Management
• Prepare the founder to own the room by organizing talking points, presentations, and every detail for speaking engagements.
• Attend events and handle on-site execution-issues solved, presence felt, reputation elevated.
