THE JOB
We are seeking a highly organized individual with dynamic interpersonal skills who will assist the President of Blueprint Studio, Live Nation's in-house venue design and construction team, dedicated to creating iconic entertainment spaces worldwide.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Proactively manage a busy and complex calendar
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or other events as directed
• Proactively manage the workflow of the Executive, including meetings, correspondence, and milestones.
• Help organize critical work projects for Blueprint Studio. Prioritize with the Executive to make sure that all objectives are addressed and handled in a timely manner
• Faciliate communications with the Blueprint Executive Team; take notes in meetings and follow-up with team to complete priority tasks
• Communicate with high level contacts inside and outside the company, including architectural firms, venue partners, general contractors, and key specialty vendors
• Work with other members of internal departments as requested to promote departmental objectives
• Prepare bi-weekly Powerpoint presentation to be presented to the CEO
• Maintain department travel calendar for over 50 employees, sending weekly reminders
• Provide general administrative support and perform diversified administrative duties; prioritize, and manage projects with minimal supervision
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, with attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned by management
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, with attention to detail.
• Proficient use of Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (including group scheduling)
• Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility
• Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment
• Ability to work independently and within a team to juggle multiple prioritized tasks
• BA/BS, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an assistant
• Experience in the music industry preferred

The expected compensation for this position is:
$24.00 USD - $30.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
