THE ROLE

Think of the Day-to-Day Manager as a prominent managerial role. This role is pivotal to our artists' success. It oversees various facets of their careers and is active in all aspects of our artists' catalog, artist profiles, publishing worth, and potential income streams.

This multifaceted position involves day-to-day artist management, touring coordination, and administrative proficiency. Role responsibilities include meeting the artists' daily needs while filtering and disseminating the team's daily information flow and maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

This role will involve nurturing relationships and sonically guiding the creative direction of our roster. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for music, a keen ear for talent, and a strong understanding of the ever-evolving music industry landscape.

The Day-to-Day Manager works with the artist label, agent, and publisher to coordinate all press-related activities: implement music campaigns, social media plans, marketing, and touring; develop and promote the artist brand for non-music-related activities like film, fashion, and charity partnerships; and be the liaison for the artist on location for photo shoots, video shoots, and other events.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Day-to-day responsibilities for artists.
• Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed to the artist manager and often acting as a central point for third parties to communicate and exchange information for record labels, publishers, agents, lawyers, business managers etc.
• Efficient daily communication and information flow with the artist, always ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
• Schedule management calls across multiple time zones, including promo schedules, travel bookings, visas, accommodations, and itineraries across various parties in different time zones.
• Assist with planning and implementing artist music campaigns, including global release schedules, promo, social media plans, press, marketing, and touring.
• Ability to create and maintain budgets for artist activities.
• High understanding of social media platforms and admin support of artist social posting.
• Support company management team across all other clients in various tasks as needed.

Touring Coordination:
• Provide direction to the Label Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute tour logistics, including booking, travel arrangements, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the Label Coordinator to book with venues and promoters to maximize touring opportunities. (scheduling, calendar, travel, appearances, tour dates, etc.).

Merchandising:
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies in collaboration with artists, overseeing design, production, and sales.
• Manage inventory, distribution, and e-commerce platforms to optimize merchandising revenue.

Brand Partnerships:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential brand partners, leveraging the company and its roster for collaborations.
• Work together with Artist Relations Brand Manager and CEO to craft ideas specifically, to support artists and their releases.

Administrative Tasks:
• Work with the Label Coordinator to ensure accurate records, contracts, and financial documentation for artists and partnerships.
• Ensure that the Label Coordinator's administrative tasks comply with company policies.

• 2+ years of artist management experience
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• You will be exposed to A-list talent and high-profile clients, so professionalism is a MUST!
• Must be punctual, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Able to keep track of many ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines
