Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role will provide essential support to our customer service and operations team at Cuffe and Taylor, focusing on fan engagement, responding to customer queries, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date FAQs and event information.
As part of Cuffe & Taylor, you will be contributing to the success of renowned festivals and concerts, including Lytham Festival, Live at The Piece Hall, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Summer Sessions, Cardiff Castle, Lincoln Castle, and many other events. Additionally, our team promotes over 1,500 theatrical shows annually across the UK.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience in customer service (preferably in events or entertainment)
• Experience using Zendesk (or similar customer service platforms)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in the events industry (preferred but not essential)

What the role includes
• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk for festivals, concerts, and theatre shows
• Manage and monitor accessible customer queries and access requests
• Keep FAQs, festival information pages, and resident updates current
• Identify key customer service trends and report insights
• Assist with volunteer management for events
• Work on-site at events and festivals as needed, including weekends and evenings
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as required
