Role Description

Live Nation UK's Marketing Partnerships Division is looking for a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for music and marketing to the position of Coordinator, Marketing & Creative Solutions. You'll be exposed to an award winning team, who work across multi category sponsorship with the opportunity to develop skills within marketing, storytelling and communication.

In this role you will be tasked with supporting the Marketing & Creative Solutions team in the development of inspiring brand proposals, sales materials and team ideation brainstorms whist working in a fun environment with a group of forward thinking individuals.

Live Nation UK Marketing Partnerships architects, sells and manages the company's national corporate sponsorship programmes with the world's most recognisable brands. It's an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation's business including festivals, venues, touring, ticketing, artists, content, media, promotions, and concert production.

The Marketing & Creative Solutions team, our in-house strategy and creative experts, work in tandem with the sales team to form strategy, big ideas and business solutions for brands. Through needs analysis, fan insights, exhaustive research of the client and their audience, as well as internal ideation sessions, the team ultimately craft a strategic music marketing platform designed to solve brands' business objectives and KPIs. The programme concept is transformed into a visually stunning creative presentation highlighting Live Nation's arsenal of assets. No cookie cutter concepts, no copy and

paste, just inspiring and fresh ideas alongside innovative vision designed to maximise brand reach and engagement through the power of live.

• Experience in marketing (entertainment and/or sports marketing preferred)
• Interest and knowledge in popular culture and brand and music marketing
• A skill and passion for creating excellent copy
• Highly effective at managing many projects at one time
• Strong skills/experience in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Strong written communication skills

What the role includes

This position's primary role is to support the Marketing & Creative Solutions team members. This will include:
• Develop, organise and write Live Nation sales materials such as property onesheets, festival assets etc.
• Ownership of Team Management / organisational tools
• Work with internal and external constituents to gather and distribute information pertinent to brand proposal development
• Support additional team tasks that require research and information sourcing to enhance sales probability
• Produce insightful and engaging reports on the industry and competitor campaigns
• Assist in the refinement of brand proposals including copy editing and image sourcing
• Admin and workflow reporting support for SVP, Marketing & Creative Solutions
