THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Campground Assistant Experience Manager for The Gorge Amphitheatre. As a Campground Operations Assistant at The Gorge, you will support the Campground Experience Manager in overseeing the guest experience, maintaining campground experience, and ensuring compliance with policies.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• • Assist with greeting campers and providing information on rules and amenities.
• • Respond to basic camper inquiries, directing more complex issues to the manager.
• • Monitor guest feedback and escalate complaints to manager as needed.
• • Conduct routine inspections of campsites, restrooms, and common areas .
• • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with manager and the maintenance team.
• • Ensure supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) are stocked in restrooms and showers.
• • Help schedule and track campground staff shifts and breaks.
• • Assist in preparing events, decorations, overall fan experience
• • Assist in educating campers about noise, fire, and waste disposal rules.
• • Report policy violations or safety concerns to the manager.
• • Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols.
• • Encourage campers to follow environmental guidelines (waste reduction, recycling).
• • Monitor common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• • Support special campground events or initiatives as directed by the manager.
• • This assistant acts as the manager's right hand , handling daily operational tasks and guest interactions to keep the campground running smoothly.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Must be able to maintain composure and organization in an often hectic and loud environment.
• Possess a positive outlook, strong communication skills and the ability to engage others.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience finding creating solutions.
• 1 year's plus of work experience in a comparable role.
• Has a natural interest in helping others and a heart for service.
• Position requires constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying equipment.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$18.40 USD - $23.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
