The Role:
Live Nation is seeking a Backstage Experience Coordinator for Budweiser Stage. This position will directly report to the Senior Manager, Artist Services, Canada. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house expectations & backstage division-wide goals while ensuring our Artist/Crew commitment to elevated hospitality and experience is met and exceeded. This is a seasonal, hourly position. Scheduled hours will vary on a show-by-show basis and will reach full-time hours during peak season.
• Pre-Season
• Compiles a list of building inventory relating to hospitality, dressing rooms and catering
• Bath towels, hand towels, toiletries, coffee station set up, venue branded swag, gifting materials (card stock, gift bags), table lamps, floor lamps, decor, etc.
• Provide a list for 2025 of required supplies / amenities to order
• Launder existing towels, organizes supplies and where all supplies are kept.
• Compile an overview season schedule and potential Hospitality Experiences, backstage with ideas for food trucks, activities, etc.
• Create a high-quality backstage atmosphere that is clean, warm and welcoming
• Offer pre-season support to other BOH spaces in Live Nation portfolio as needed
• During Season
• Follow correspondence with production and catering teams to track advances, compile show specific hospitality requests, flags.
• Copied on riders and hospitality advance
• Purchase all show specific rider alcohol per show in advance of show day. Ensure proper on-site storage of show specific alcohol purchased in advance.
• Assist as needed on set up and execution of Hospitality Guide requests
• Where possible assist production team by -
• washing, drying and fold show hand and bath towels
• Tracking inventory for office supplies, BOH supplies (coffee station, toiletries, etc)
• On Show Day, act as lead with Tour Hospitality on dressing rooms and catering needs, field requests, questions or changes as needed
• Morning walk through with conversion, tour and BOH coordinator
• Pre-show and post-show walk through with checklist to make ready all backstage areas via BOH Playbook.
• Create memorable, hospitality-minded moments at every show, including but not limited to birthdays and special celebrations.
• Participate in the venue sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating the bands about our efforts.
• Responsible for completing a Post Event Service Recap summarizing tour experience, caterer performance, any successes or challenges, used to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with Artist Services and Production.
• Research best practices and collaborate with the Artist Services team & to develop venue opportunities to increase engagement, increase Artist/Crew satisfaction.
• Post-Season
• Compiles a list of building inventory relating to hospitality, dressing rooms and catering
• Bath towels, hand towels, toiletries, coffee station set up, venue branded swag, gifting materials (card stock, gift bags), table lamps, floor lamps, decor, etc.
• Provide an inventory list for end of season
• Launder existing towels, organize supplies and store BOH items as needed.
• Assist in venue closure as it relates to BOH, furniture pick-ups, storing items.
• Compile a highlight overview of 2025 season and feedback.
• Offer post-season support to other BOH spaces in Live Nation portfolio as needed
Qualifications:
• Show days require about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. with about 75% of that time spent sorting materials.
• Not afraid to get dirty or be around unpleasant odors.
• Ability to work outside in variable weather.
• Strong time management skills to show up on time and work late hours.
• Dedication to participate in something that will have a real and immediate impact to the cause.

- Experience in events/zero waste events are a plus.
