THE JOB

Reporting into the Director of Influencer Marketing, this influencer, live event and pop-culture obsessed marketer will be responsible for helping manage creators and brand campaigns across the entire campaign cycle ensuring influencers are equipped to create engaging content.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Source and pair potential influencers to Live Nation sponsorship campaigns
• Project manage campaigns for brand sponsors, including communication between internal and external teams (internal brand managers, sales teams, creators, talent managers, artist managers and more)
• Create, track and manage organizational documents for projects including workback schedules, content calendars, tracking and reporting
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Facilitate access to Live Nation and external events for creators
• Analyze backend analytics to create case studies/wrap-reports
• Support whitelisting access setup with influencers to help facilitate the creation of social ads
• Occasional on-site execution/influencer handling at concerts and festivals
• Facilitate timely influencer invoice payments

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications
• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the latest trends
• Experience with Creator IQ or similar CRM/management platform
• Willingness to travel to events for influencer handling/wrangling
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn basic formulas and functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to be highly organized
• Strong written communication
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with different levels of the organization
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
