Summary of Position
The Manager of Integrated Marketing must be an organized and creative individual, with a passion for theatrical films and experience in entertainment marketing. They will work alongside the global creative advertising team, and marketing leadership, synthesizing insights to build strategic integrated marketing plans for multiple concurrent theatrical film releases. They will also work collaboratively with all arms of theatrical marketing group – research & insights, digital, paid media, publicity, partnerships and international marketing teams - tying together a holistic cohesive strategy, communicating said strategy expertly, and serving as a resource to all teams in the pursuit of executing high-profile and globally visible theatrical film marketing campaigns. They will also be instrumental in crafting and designing effective communication to filmmaking teams - whether that be via material rollout plans or filmmaker presentation design.
Responsibilities
• Help develop, hone and memorialize the overall marketing strategy for all assigned films
• Communicate the strategy to all marketing disciplines and outside stakeholders
• Ensure strategy is maintained across all marketing initiatives and communication
• Help craft, write, and distribute strategic briefs and filmmaker presentations
• Lead Weekly, Title-Specific, Taskforce Meetings to help propel the team forward
• Drive near term goals for the marketing team on specific campaign milestones on all assigned films
• Help improve and unify communication across teams on campaign direction and pivots
• Push for marketing collaboration across teams to help meet campaign goals and work with all arms of marketing on multi-discipline projects
Qualifications and Skills
• 4-6 years of experience in an analytical and/or creative environment. Prior experience in entertainment/media, and/or marketing a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, extremely detail-oriented, and strong sense of professionalism.
• Skills and experiences as a cross-functional partner, collaborator, and communicator.
• Visual design expertise, and strong presentation building prowess (Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Docs, InDesign, etc.)
• Intellectual curiosity with an ability to turn analysis into actionable insights to guide decision making
Compensation
$80,000
