Summary of Position
This is a Marketing position with emphasis on managing the creation of print and av assets in conjunction with global marketing campaigns. The Manager, Creative Advertising will work on materials pertaining to the full life-cycle of their projects, from Theatrical release to the Home Entertainment window.
Responsibilities
• Manage the creation of digital and print assets in support of Theatrical and Home Entertainment marketing campaigns
• Work closely with internal Art Directors, designers and external agencies on the creation of all print elements. Including but not limited to; Key Art, packaging, POP, trade materials, retail signage and OOH
• Collaborate with internal Producers and external agencies on the creation of A/V materials
• Track and oversee creative timelines across multiple concurrent projects
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure proper review and approval of creative materials prior to delivery deadlines
• Traffic all project elements. Includes routing creative elements to all key stakeholders for approval; Lionsgate Senior Management, Strategy, Proofing, Legal. MPA and other appropriate divisions
• Provide regular updates to the wider Creative team as well as the Strategy and Operations teams to communicate milestones and project status
• Manage creative budget for assigned titles. Includes negotiating costs with external vendors, securing estimates, tracking costs to date, submitting and recording all invoices
• Review layouts for accuracy with Art Directors to ensure strategic and aesthetic continuity on all project elements
• Consolidate all internal feedback on creative, communicate all necessary revisions to art directors and outside vendors, and review revised layouts to ensure all updates have been made. Share strategic modifications with all related groups
• Prepare Executive Art Meeting materials and take notes from that meeting
• Attend Marketing and Creative brainstorm meetings, contributing creative ideas
• Work with the asset team for all final file archiving
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience at a film studio, television network, creative agency, or comparable working environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Experience with Asana, Monday.com or other Project Management software a plus
• Comprehensive working knowledge of prepress preferred
• Knowledgeable of the delivery specs for various digital platforms
• Ability to thrive and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily deadlines
Nice to Haves
• Experience building key art, trailers, or other forms of film/tv advertising
• High level skills on Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Premiere or Final Cut
Compensation
$80,000 - $85,000
