Summary of Position
The Billing Coordinator, Marketing Finance will be the subject matter expert on all things related to the procure-to-pay process for the Lionsgate Motion Picture Group. This role will be a dedicated invoice processor for Marketing and provide invoice processing backup and training to all other requisitioners in Wide Theatrical Marketing and team Artisan, in addition to other billing related tasks.
Responsibilities
• Procure to Pay Support:
• Create requisitions and purchase orders in SAP for select Wide Theatrical marketing teams, and in a backup and overflow capacity for remaining teams.
• Co-ordinate with teams on whether goods and services have been delivered and perform goods receipt against POs in SAP.
• Proactively manage queues of invoices in SAP that need requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, or vendor setup information.
• Assist in management of budgets and escalation of budget availability issues.
• Provide ongoing SAP training and troubleshooting support to marketing requisitioners.
• Train and support marketers on vendor setup such as gathering documentation and submission.
• Provide guidance and support on submission and coding of PCARD transactions and expenses in the banking portal.
• Assist in processing new vendor applications & vendor information updates
• Assist marketing requisitioners in internal and external communication over billing related matters
Qualifications and Skills
• 2 – 3 years of full cycle accounting experience with managing budgets in Marketing and/or Entertainment
• Experience includes billing management, reconciliations, month-end close, time and expense reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SAP, Concur
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail for tracking invoice status and submission for processing to AP
• Customer service focused, responsible, proactive, efficient, and organized
• Detail-oriented, good follow through, ability to multi-task, and works well under tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while following department protocol
Nice to Haves
• Understand film marketing expense lifecycle (i.e. A/V process, key vendors, etc.)
• Has created and worked on Purchase Orders and Requisitions
• Experience in the entertainment industry is preferred
Compensation
$47,000 - $50,000
