Job Summary/Description:

KSLA-TV is in search for a Local Sales Assistant that will support our sales staff in the day-to-day operation of selling KSLA TV, Bounce and Circle networks, plus digital advertising products to local direct and agency clients. The Sales Assistant workflow includes order and traffic entry, sales presentations, and any other tasks designed to advance your media sales career. Our Sales Assistant needs to love computers, pay attention to detail, and possess a strong work ethic with a positive attitude. The Sales Assistant will assist Account Executives, GSM, NSM & DSM's with research, development, and execution of marketing campaigns. This position will manage the departments sales support operations, including avails, proposals, account lists, prepare reports, create sales tools and packages for AEs and other projects assigned by management as well as assist traffic department with order entry and copy and Coordinate with other
departments on projects as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office.
• Highly skilled with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Energetic, competitive and self-starter.
• Capable of learning new systems promptly and thoroughly.
• Previous commercial television or marketing experience is helpful.
