Job Summary/Description:

KPLC-TV is hiring a Program Coordinator to schedule television programming and publish weekly programming grids along with other station duties.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Schedule television programming and publish weekly programming grids
• Serve as the station Safety Manager
• Serve as the station backup for log reconciliation
• Post all job openings and required EEO activities
• Create and upload required quarterly and annual FCC reports
• Provide logistics support for the station including ordering supplies, mail and shipping, and admitting guests to the building
• Other duties as needed in support of station management

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Attention to detail is a must
• Be able to multitask
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have moderate typing skills
• Previous experience with Wide Orbit and broadcast systems a plus
