At IMG, our Studios business use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball and Major League Soccer. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.
What You'll Do:
Working as part of the Research & Rights Management Team for a key client account, the Rights Coordinator will support the Rights Manager & Research Manager with all rights clearance of archive footage, VO and audio and administration of associated documentation and finance.
• Acting as the point of contact for both internal and external footage suppliers.
• Offer consultation to client's production partners on research and archive clearance best practice.
• Proactive management of archive footage clearances, contracts and licences across multiple productions including delegation of work to the rights assistant.
• Proactively maintaining key administrative documents relating to footage archive, rights clearance, and VO including tracking of all rights in place and their expiration dates
• Manage all budgets, cost reports, payments and invoicing associated to all footage, archive, stills, VO and music usage and clearance fees.
• Assisting the Production Accountant with monthly financial reports.
• Booking additional Freelancer support when necessary.
• Assist Rights Manager and Research Manager in the development of training materials and facilitate sharing of knowledge of rights clearance processes.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties, which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

Working Hours: 9am-5pm
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Location: Chiswick Park, West London
Fixed Term Contract till Jan 2026

You Have These:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of the pre-production, production and post-production process
• Experience of liaising with clients and agencies or similar customer facing experience
• Experience working with small budgets
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word software packages
• Excellent client liaison/management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Keenness to learn and take on more responsibility
• A team player and able to work well under pressure

We'd Also Love If You Have These:
• Experience of working with footage/archive clearance issues
• Experience of copyright, legal issues and legislation surrounding archive clearance
• Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of TV Commercials production (including camera formats), post-production (including finishing) and deliveries (including encoding formats)
• An understanding of third party rights clearances
• Able to conduct footage research and conduct relevant straightforward rights clearances
• Ability to delegate, train and supervise other members of staff at Production Assistant level
