Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

What You'll Do:

The Branded Content Department is a creative, multi-skilled team of production experts, creating content for the modern media world. We produce a wide range of video and audio formats including short & long form, digital, social, live and audio/podcasts. We are an extension of the IMG Media production unit, providing content services to the wider Endeavor network and direct to client.

IMG are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join our Studios business and support our Cross Channel and Branded Content team. You will be responsible for the p roduction management on various projects within the department, including working in a live environment for fast turn-around post production TV commercials, editorial programming, Branded Content and Digital. ​

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12-month fixed term contract based at our Chiswick, London office with travel to our Stockley Park, London office. You will be required to work weekends and unsocial hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Production management on various projects within the department, including working in a Live environment for fast turn-around post production TV commercials, editorial programming, Branded Content, Digital
• Experience working directly to client and with multiple stakeholders
• Providing operational management of complex production budgets and schedules
• Assisting the Executive Producer/Producer in overseeing the production
• Hiring of freelance staff and contractors
• Preparing budgets for programmes in development
• Ensuring all financial reporting is up to date and delivered on time
• Delivering content & paperwork to broadcasters
• Booking live broadcast feeds
• Managing, arranging (and occasionally attending) shoots abroad and in the UK
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Experience in managing junior production management personnel
• Ability to create a detailed, line-by-line production budget
• Experience working in a Live environment
• Knowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflows
• Knowledge of archive and music clearance
• Knowledge of production insurance, health & safety
• Experience of dealing with International and UK broadcasters
• Experience working with and sourcing local crew internationally
• Strong client communication skills
• Good Microsoft Excel & Word skills
• Ability to manage more than one project simultaneously
• Working without direct supervision
• Proactively provide solutions to problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
