What You'll Do:

Join Premier League Productions as a Production Assistant!

We are seeking a motivated individual to provide key production assistance and administrative support within our Access & On-site teams. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing production administration tasks, including invoice processing, creating purchase orders, and ensuring accurate cost tracking. You'll assist with post-production paperwork, and help maintain Health and Safety measures. Additionally, you will support the On-site team by creating and updating official matchday documentation and managing various scheduling tools. As a point of contact for internal and external clients, you will also facilitate crewing for International Content Sessions, Press Conferences, and Open Training.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract until 30th May 2025 based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

The role may require working a few days over the Christmas period and other Bank Holidays, as well as early starts, late finishes, and weekend work when necessary. Additionally, travel to shoot locations or matchdays will be required.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• To provide key production assistance and administrative support within the Access & On-site teams at Premier League Productions
• Production administration: invoice processing, creating purchase orders, regular, accurate cost-tracking, post-production paperwork where necessary (PAP, stills lists, music cue sheets via Soundmouse etc.) Weekly Planning Document, recording shift patterns & other information on our scheduling tools, assisting with Health and Safety measures where necessary.
• Assisting On-site team with creation and updates of official matchday documentation, online booking systems and various scheduling tools.
• Point of contact for both internal and external clients.
• Crewing for International Content Sessions, Press Conferences and Open Training.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job as directed by the Production Coordinators and Production Managers

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Previous administration experience (preferably in a production environment)
• Previous experience in a customer facing role dealing with queries
• Appreciation for production processes and workflows (including pre, production and post-production).
• Previous experience as a Production Assistant
• Knowledge of archive/stills/music clearances
• Some previous budgetary experience including cost tracking
• Experience of raising purchase orders and creating callsheets
• Experience dealing with talent/On Screen personnel

We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• Proficiency in a foreign language
• Previous experience of working with SAP
• Production Health & Safety training course
• First Aid trained
• Interest in sport / football
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
